About the Role

As the first Sales Manager Netherlands, you’ll be a cornerstone in this growth journey. I’m looking for a partner who genuinely understands and feels inspired by Wider Sea’s purpose; someone eager to collaborate closely with me and our international partners, from Finland to Sicily and Spain to India. You’ll play a pivotal role in our transition, helping optimising our sales strategies, deepen client relationships, and bridge our global approach with local expertise. Your insight into Dutch culture and commitment to relationship-building will expand our presence and deepen our integration in the market. This position is more than sales—it’s about co-creating a culture of excellence and trust with our clients and within our extended team.

• Knowledge: A solid academic background in naval architecture or marine engineering giving you a strong foundation to understand marine technologies and their impact on clients’ projects.
• Effective Communication and Time Management: Proficiency in prioritising and delivering clear communication in real time, using technology to keep momentum. Ability to balance urgent work with personal commitments preserving your well-being.
• Experience: sufficient professional exposure to sales to have developed the skills above.
